"David Beevers Day Unit - superb team"

Unfortunately I can't name people on here, but what struck me most was the friendliness, professionalism and general good will of the staff.

From my anaesthetist and surgeon both of whose good humour, care for me as a person and keeping me informed before and during the waking procedure, made this a very pleasant and efficient operation.

I can't thank them enough and am very pleased to have met 2 such genuinely nice men.

The ward staff again, were a joy to be with, accomodating, helpful and willing to llisten.

The recovery process was smooth and effective, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere (despite how busy they all were!).

This is a teaching hospital and the observers and students are a seamless part of the process, very well managed and will hopefully benefit from the professionalism and good humour of the unit.

Finally, as a general note, not one member of staff was anything but pleasant, warm and approachable.

This is how the NHS should be so thank you all!!
