What I liked
I went in with a minor, but very painful chipped bone in my foot. It started well as I hopped towards the hospital a nurse returning from her cigarette offered to get me a wheelchair. Reception staff were friendly, waiting time was not half as long as I had expected. I was thoroughly examined, sent for xrays, my treatment was explained and I was given excellent care advice, including helpful instruction on how to use the crutches I was given and medication advice.
What could be improved
A member of cleaning staff was taking some bins out and nearly hit me with one as I was being wheeled to x-ray.
"Sterling service from efficient, kind..."
