"Car Park"

The car park charges are a rip off.

There is no clarity on how to operate the parking ticket machine correctly.

I would say the majority of car park users put their money into the machine prior to entering the hospital for their appointment or visit and end up paying more than they should.

The instructions need to be updated.

As to the doctors, surgeons, nurses etc......they are top notch, truly a world class service provided by Sunderland Royal Hospital.
