I was taken to A&E by ambulance in the very early hours of this morning as I was having trouble breathing. Every member of staff was delightful, helpful and reassuring. Thank you so much for the thorough tests and examinations which culminated in a diagnosis of pneumonia. Both my husband and I were treated with a high level of courtesy and kindness at what was a scary time! It was encouraging also to see the swift and efficient changeover from night staff to day staff. Thank you to the wonderful ambulance crew who drove me safely through the very stormy night and looked after me so well. Having moved to the area only recently it is certainly reassuring to know that such good care is close at hand. Caring is definitely the operative word where Dorchester Hospital is concerned. Thank you all so very much.
"Thank you for excellent care"
