What I liked
i liked that on my third visit i was treated with a bit more respect. The female nurses were stressed but lovely as was the female consultant
What could be improved
i went in on a sunday and was told by a very rude consultant that i would need to put drops in my eyes every hour, when i asked if that ment through the night he said " yes unless u want to go blind". He then complained to a nurse passing by that he has not had a break since 630am.
I would like to apologies to the consultant. I was also tired due to my eye, i had been waiting 4 hours and but then that is not my job to come in at that time and work.
I was really disappointed with the service, and the rudness i had to endure
Anything else?
I wrongly got told on my second followup that i could wear my contacts again. This was incorrect and added to more pain and yet another visit.ComplaintsOpening hoursRudeServiceConsultantsNursing staff
