Everything is good here and the staff are all great. I rang at 9:15 one morning, they called me back quickly and I got an appointment for 10:15. I would recommend them to anyone.
I hear stories from friends and family who have difficulties getting GP appointments. We are very lucky here. It used to be very hard to get through on the phones, it got a lot better some months ago.
