"Annual cystoscopy"

My annual cystoscopy was brought forward by a week as there was a vacancy. The new sign in system in urology is a delight and the waiting room was not crowded. I was called through straight away to get changed and have my urine tested. The waiting room once in my gown was clean, tidy and comfortable and the nursing staff were caring and organised. I was fully involved in the procedure

The doctor introduced themselves talked me through what we could see and explained when my next visit would be.

The whole procedure was carried out with my dignity in mind and my feelings in the forefront of the treatment.
