What I liked
I have just finished my third course of Hydrotherapy and I can not praise the two members of staff involved enough.
On arrival at the pool I was made to feel very welcome by the member of staff on poolside and she was immediately able to sense if I was having a good or bad day and reassure me about any worries I may have. When she wasn't busy sorting paperwork and making appointments, she was keeping the area around the pool spottlessly clean..
In the pool, the physiotherapist was the most caring and friendly person ever. She is clearly passionate about her job and despite the fact that I was there post knee replacement surgery, I had suffered nerve damage during the operation and she worked on both my knee and foot without being asked.
Without her help and dedication, I would not have made the improvements I have.
As much as I hope I wont require anymore hydrotherapy, I will actually miss my sessions in the pool and the staff!
What could be improved
Nothing
