From dialling 111, to the walk-in clinic, to A/E, to the Surgical Assessment Unit, to appendicectomy, to post-op care and discharge, my treatment and care was exemplary. The staff were all kind and attentive to my needs and went out of their way to ensure that I would be discharged in time to travel the following day.
