Everything
Anything else?
I was due to have an ACDF at RPH, but was lucky enough to have my operation at Fulwood Hall Hospital. However, the follow-up took place at RPH. They needed to do three things:
1) Make a physiotherapy appointment within two weeks. They failed to do this.
2) Make an appointment with the surgeon who performed my operation. They failed to do this.
3) Arrange an x-ray. They denied all knowledge of this and it was only carried out after I had argued for ten minutes. There are plenty of signs asking patients not to shout at staff, but do they ever wonder why patients are tempted to do so? Perhaps staff should listen instead of arrogantly assuming that they know better!
There is a possibility that I will need another operation, but if RPH is my only choice, I'll do without. If they can't arrange appointments correctly, I'm not about to trust them with my life!
"Poor!"
