I take a look at Lancashire Care's patient opinion page every week and there is one thing I've noticed that I think needs addressing.
When someone leaves a comment it very often takes over a week for anyone to respond to their comment. I appreciate that in some circumstances the most appropriate person to answer the response needs to be identified, but why don't you tell people this?
In my opinion, common courtesy would be that as soon as someone makes a comment you should say thank you for their views and let them know that someone will respond to their comment in more detail shortly.
That person has taken the time to comment about your trust, I think you should respond in a timely fashion and acknowledge their feedback.
I think overall the trust needs take more of a 'customer services' type approach
