"My mum came to Lings Bar in late..."

What I liked

My mum came to Lings Bar in late September, but because I live in America, I only got to visit her in November - I went nervous and worried about what I would find, but I was instantly thrilled with the facility both indoors and out - It is lovely, but I was even more pleasantly surprised at how the staff of the Castle Ward went above and beyond to both talk to me and keep me informed of what was going on and how they treated my mum with genuine care and concern. The staff are true angels and I have returned back to America knowing my mum is getting exceptional care and being treated with dignity and respect. I can not thank them enough, for making sure my mum looked her Sunday best for our outing to the Goose for Sunday dinner!
