I have been in 2 years in a row to have each thyroid removed and i have nothing but praise for the staff on the Rotary ward, the care was next to none, The same nurses were there in consecutive years.
The compassion and care shown to the no of elderly patients not there for ENT surgery was moving and the staff went beyond the call of duty, ordering more comfortable mattresses etc
The catering and cleaning staff are the same regular team who keep the ward running well too, always busy!
