"Eventually I found someone who actually listened to me"

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Mr Felsenstein and the staff in the endoscopy suite. From my first consultation to being discharged, I cannot express my thanks for how I was looked after.   Eventually I found someone who actually listened to me and took on board my thoughts and fears and was willing to do something about it.  

Mr Felsenstein spent the time explaining the procedure to me and like all procedures the pros and cons. My arrival at the Endoscopy suite where from the Reception to actually going for my procedure I was put at ease - as much as  I could be especially what was ahead of me! ! ! I cannot express my thanks enough, all the staff do a fantastic job and they deserve recognition for this. Thank you.
