(as a relative),

My husband died at fairfield, the nursing staff on ward 8 was phenomenal the nursing staff went above and beyond looking not only after my husband but taking care of myself right to the end. It was like having family by your side. Thank you is not enough for what they did and I will always hold them in the highest regard THANK YOU

Thank you for sharing such a personal experience.

All our staff have worked hard to strengthen and improve the care we provide to patients reaching the end of their life in our hospitals, and to their families.

The staff were pleased to learn that they had given you, your husband and family an exceptional service, especially during such a difficult time.
