"Station 4"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Urology

(as a service user),

Was taken in with prostate problems passing blood, which was extremely worrying and possibly embarrassing, was immediately impressed with the care and dedication of staff and was immediately put at ease, nothing was a problem to them even though they were extremely busy at all time.  Well done many thanks

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear JBM,

I can understand why you found this worrying and a possibly a bit embarrassing but it is great to hear that you were put at ease and impressed by the care you received. I will make sure this is passed to the team in Station 4, I am sure they will be very happy with your lovely accolade.

Thank you for sharing this on the Care Opinion website.

Best wishes,

Eunice
