(as a carer),

My mother has been trying to get an appointment with Logan practice, Wishaw for 2 weeks now. Phone is either engaged or told there are no appointments. This is not good enough.

I have sent you an email regarding this issue. However I would like to point out that the issues my mother is having is not unique as I hear of others experiencing the same problems on a daily basis. It is quite apparent that their appointment system is not working and geared towards 'emergencies'. Surely better to have a primary care service that is designed around prevention rather than a system that is gearing patients to become emergencies by not offering them routine appointments.
