What I liked
Very clean, very easy to navigate. The staff were very friendly and treated me like an intelligent person rather than a number (which has not been my experience in other hosiptals). They did their best to work around my working day and thereby minimise disruption to my work. All appreciated.
What could be improved
Car parking charges are steep. £3.20 for an hour and a half and about half an hour of that was waiting time, which was therefore frustrating. I can afford it, but I can see why some people might struggle.
Anything else?
My prenatal care is being carried out at Queen Mary's, which is why I am regularly attending. The fact that it is a small hospital means that it is much friendlier and better organised than its larger counterparts.
