"Attendance at A and E with 92 yr old"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

Attended A and E on Monday 24/04/17 with a 92 yr old lady who had suspected DVT.

The care by all members of staff was excellent. High levels of professionalism, patience and kindness.

Staff were extremely clear about the procedures and took the time to answer questions and explain what they were doing.

It was very busy yet, but this did not detract from the care given. Thank you very much to all!
