"Terrible Service"

About: Spire Southampton Hospital

The hospital cancelled my surgery last minute after discovering a staff member had made an error! They confirmed they couldn't do the surgery anymore, but took a month to refer it back to my GP!

Very unhelpful and felt like they didn't want to know about my predicament. I'm in pain and my life on hold because of this, but they don't care. All I got was it was an unfortunate error! Disgusting service.
