"Attentive and caring"

About: Princess Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

I took my daughter to A&E as she was suffering acute abdominal pain. Unfortunately she was sick at reception area and a friendly member of staff came to help clear up and even washed the shoes for us. To be greeted by two more members of staff, who were so reassuring and then helped by yet another in a relaxed and caring manner was so helpful. The receptionist, who was also incredibly caring popping their head in from time to time.

After being transferred to Ansty Ward the care was also fantastic and a member of staff from A&E even came upstairs to check in on how my daughter was doing- above and beyond their remit which was very touching.

We are still waiting for the operation and some confusion as to when and where this will be which is quite stressful as my daughter is in a lot of pain but all staff at PRH have been amazing!
