What I liked
The treatment before I had my baby was ok. I was admitted at 34 weeks as I was having problems.
What could be improved
Everything could have been improved! the aftercare was really poor. As soon as I had the baby no-one was interested in helping me. I had a prem baby and when I needed help I was made to feel like I was a bad mum. It was my first baby and I was scared and not experienced. My baby needed special care as she was only 4lbs in weight but the midwifes and also nurses didnt care at all. Didnt monitor her when needed and didnt check on me or give me aany support. I had to threaten to complain further to get them to help me.
Anything else?
Eventhough the care was at a poor standard after I had my baby I would go back to that hospital as I know what to expect.
