"Dignity"

I had contact with two differing departments and dignity from both were worthy of recommendations as may be overlooked value they provide to family. My brother died and was rested in the mortuary as was over Christmas, the staff were very helpful at all contact... I live a long way from Sunderland but telephone skills were superb. As was the Hospital chaplain on call as it was a very difficult time but the phone calls and communication meant the world. Thank you.
