"terrible will never go back"

As a qualified nurse i was shocked at the lack of care, communication , empathy and professionalism in this modern hospital . It was like going back in time where the domestic staff now seemed to be nurses . Neglected to answer alarm calls form elderly vunerable acute patients . Very sad to see . Communication terrible between both staff patients and relatives . No one seemed to know what was going on . Sad to see the national health service has come to this . I hope never to return.
