(as the patient),

Yesterday I checked in at Theatre Direct for my op. at 0800. By 1630 I was home again- walking wounded! I cannot praise Dr/Mr Hancock and his team highly enough. They were friendly, efficient and utterly professional. I almost enjoyed it!
