About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Arrived in the A&E dept to what looked like a busy train station with no organisation. poor attitude from a staff nurse and a very uncaring doctor. didn't really get treatment and was sent home in pain and couldn't eat for a further 5 days.
