"Labour ward incredible"

I had my son by emergency c section and then had complications so was on labour ward for 5 days. I honestly cannot fault them. The midwives in particular cared for me in a way I will never forget.

They made what could have been an awful time so much better. In the maternity ward I got transferred too when I required less care however, the midwives were far too overworked and not enough of them, meaning unfortunately that babies and mums are not cared for as well as they could be.
