About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

Mother in law attended a&e by doctor referral wife was in at attendance review room very inpersonal medical information with many other patients in open conversation nearby doctor only dicussed with her daughter my wife daughter and not patient.

Told need scan and will get call next day needs injection to suspect blood clot until scan is completed discharged home

No call next day with appointment as promised multiple call can't get through

If my wife had not called no would have folliw up importance of injection had to attend a& e to get important injection done pooor communication and process intreaction not impresed
