"Totally professional and child focused"

I visited paediatric outpatients with my 6yo daughter about her ongoing stomach pains. We were seen early by Dr Winrow. As well as speaking with me he talked to my daughter directly and listened carefully to her answers. I felt as if we were respected as human beings and not a medical case. We were referred straight to X-ray where reception staff and Katie the radiographer delivered equally brilliant care. Our results went immediately back to Dr Winrow as did we - and he was then able to diagnose the problem. Then we went to the onsite chemist and picked up the prescription. I could not fault the care we received and I am very grateful to all at Kingston Hospital.
