"Allergic reaction"

From the moment we stepped through A&E's doors my daughter who had an allergic reaction to something was seen quickly and efficiently by all staff in the department. The efficient and calming manner shown by everyone helped reassure us and reduce her anxiety. Each step of the process was explained to her in reception, triage and the bay's and in the morning the domestic staff showed the same courtesy to her whilst cleaning and offering breakfast.

As a family we would like to extend our grateful thanks to the whole department ... you are all truly remarkable. Thank you
