"Great respect and care for my mother in law"

My 84 year old mother in law was taken to a and e with chest pains and stomach pains by ambulance. She was treated with great respect and treated with care by all of the staff who dealt with her. They took time to explain in great detail what they were doing and why. All of the staff who spoke to her and us were polite and took time to explain which was surprising when it was clear they were rushed off their feet. The two students who interviewed her after her initial assessement Ecg, blood pressure etc were very patient and probing with the questions to see what was causing her pain. When she was saw by the doctor he explained that the problem was acid from her stomach coming up into her chest casing the problem he explained in detail foods to avoid and foods she should eat. I would like to thank all the staff who dealt with her.
