14 March. 10am. Took 30 mins plus to get through to Outpatients reception to cancel an appointment. After being on hold for 2 minutes, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant and confirmed the phones had been busy all morning.
With respect, hospital management need to review resources here. If you can't get through in situations like this, there is no point in having the hospital.
Yet again I am underwhelmed by the way HEY is being managed.
