"Could not fault the service that I got from the happy cheerful staff"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Went for hip and knee x ray at Darlington. Could not fault the service that I got from the happy cheerful staff, from walking in the main doors the chap on the desk pointed the way, the receptionist in x ray dept explained where I needed to be.

I may have been lucky but after a very short wait I was taken for my x rays. Again two very cheerful staff members in there, quick and efficient, I was soon done and on my way. When I said how efficient it had all been, the lady in the x ray said "We do our best" They certainly do.
