"You gave me my confidence and my life back"

I would say to anyone who is offered a place on the cardiac rehab scheme to grab it with both hands. I was apprehensive to say the least at the start, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not the long hard slog I thought it would be. Far from it, in fact, it has been an enjoyable and FUN experience and I learned a lot about myself. Instead of telling myself I can't do that, I now know that I CAN do it. At 71 years of age, I very much doubt if I'll be running for a bus but I now do things I couldn't or should I say wouldn't do before. All due to the help of the wonderful, happy and funny staff. So a big thank you to all the staff here at Cardiac Rehab, you gave me my confidence and my life back. Thank you doesn't seem much but it is really and genuinely given to you all. THANK YOU.
