"Clementine Churchill hospital and doctor"

An extremely badly run hospital.

I made an appointment with the call centre who never relayed my appointment to the hospital and therefore waited an hour and three quarters to see the consultant.

The hospital Receptionist kept fobbing me off and was most unhelpful.

It's an unclean hospital and when I went there were buckets on the floor collecting water from obvious leaks.

I had two procedures.

One failed and the second one I did not have the correct meds and the doctor pressed me to have another privedure which also failed due to not enough of one of the meds.

It's shameful and when I asked the nurse to tell my family member not to come to collect me; he was kept waiting for 2.5hrs without knowing what was happening.

The doctor had the audacity of writing a letter to BUPA to see if they'd pay for another test and waiver one of the fees.

Why was it down to BUPA when it was their failing.

Disgusting behaviour from both the hospital and the doctor.

I would never ever use this hospital again.

It's unfit to be a private hospital and is it a wonder it's a failing establishment.
