I called in to book an appointment for my babies 12 week vaccination, the receptionist informed me that apparently there is a huge queue for this and therefore I will have to wait another month until she can have the vaccinations.
My baby is 4 months now and she should have had her 3rd set of vaccinations but only today she had her 2nd set. The receptionist explained that she can have her injections anytime, it doesn't matter when as long as there is 4 weeks in between!!
Spoke to the nurse today and they said the receptionist doesn't know what they are talking about!! I am so frustrated at the service. It's so hard to get an appointment and the communication is horrible.
The GP referred to bury hospital 2 months ago. Still not heard anything back!!
The nurse literally stopped me asking a question about my baby today and said they were 'too busy'.
It's a horrible feeling when you don't get treated well when it comes to a 4 month old baby!
