"Disappointing to be treated in such a poor way"

I visited North Wing blood test clinic today, on arrival I was told by 4 patients and two relatives that the tickets had been removed and I wouldn't be seen. This is the second time in a week that this has happened but Ineeded the test done. I was eventually seen but person spoke loudly to the courier picking up the bloods about how rude the previous patient was - how rude and unprofessional- then they said to me 'why didnt you go to South Wing, I explained I lived local and the sign outside says open until 4:30. The receptionist is clearly the wrong person for the job surely they are there to see patients up to 4:30 and not moan about it? Or if they are that unhappy staying until 4:30 why not stipulate tests are up to 4pm through to 4:30? not leave us.as patients, already scared of blood test, feeling unwanted and a hindrance. No customer service just a terribly disappointing public service.
