I`d like to place on record my appreciation of the way in which the two members of staff from the D/T managed my mum in law`s transfer from Clatterbridge Stroke Rehab Unit.

Both individuals displayed patience,understanding, consideration and an impressive level of flexibility against a backdrop of what must be a very pressurised working environment.

Their willingness to `go the extra mile`, made the whole process far less stressful for both the patient and the family.

We are very pleased that these two members of staff were able to facilitate a smooth transfer for your mother-in-law, and lessen the stress for you and your family at such a difficult time.
