"Absolute Terrible Service"

About: New Cross Hospital / Gynaecology

I came in with a friend today for some hormone blood results, she had to wait a hour and half in total to be seen. Between the two waiting rooms. Twice, a group of people would come and go and there appointments we're after hers. To be told It's like an A&E service, emergencys come first. Which is fine aslong as we were told. After we saw the doctor we were told the results will be back with 2 hours, she is still yet waiting for her results. And worried to death. I have rung about a hour ago which told someone would call me before outpatients had closed. This has not happened. The service is absolutely poor!
