I have been using the bladder and bowel service, Redhill, Chislehurst for the past couple of months and I have been very impressed by not only the site, which is very clean and friendly-staffed, but also by the nurse, Mary, whom I have been seeing. She has helped put my mind at ease, with an embarrassing topic, and has had time to explain things fully to me and given me the confidence to help myself at home with my problem. There has also been the backup that I could call if I experienced any problems.
If all NHS clinics could be run like this there would be no problems at all.
