Thank you to the team who phoned last evening with the offer of a cancellation appointment for today. Thankfully, I was able to accept the appointment. The Consultant was reassuring & I am now awaiting further tests to hopefully find the cause of my hearing loss. The nursing staff in out-patients were polite & courteous.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your ENT appointment today - I am pleased that the Consultant has been able to reassure you and arrange some further tests to find out the cause of your hearing loss. We try to fill every clinic appointment and sometimes this does mean phoning patients to offer appointments that may have been cancelled at short notice. I am glad that you were able to accept the appointment and will pass on your comments to the ENT Consultants and the nursing staff in the out patient department.
