"I cannot praise the staff enough"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

All you seem to hear are bad reports regarding Medway hospital.

I attended yesterday for an ultrasound and a cystoscopy procedure. I cannot praise the staff enough. All staff I came into contact with were extremely friendly, helpful and caring. I could not have wished for better service.
