"The staff made the whole experience much easier"

About: Westmorland General Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

My father went in for a test and the staff were calm, reassuring and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and the consultant explained everything to my dad as he went along. Whilst it was only a short test for a 72 year old, who was anxious and worried, the staff made the whole experience much easier and he came away feeling relaxed and well informed
