About: The Great Western Hospital / Accident and emergency

I had to take my disabled daughter to casualty this evening to have her arm brace refitted. We have never experienced such kindness from staff. Beginning with the receptionist who could see my daughter was extremely distressed and made her aware to the nursing staff who got her assessed immediately. Within minutes we had a nurse and Dr redressing her broken arm. Thank you so much for your kindness and for the teddy that you sent home with Donna, it made what was a dreaded and stressful experience bearable.....
