"The worst service I've experienced!"

The worst service I've ever seen, poor poor and under staffed.... I would never recommend anyone I love at queen charlotte hospital.To many staff on admin work and not enough nurses/doctors. My friend was admitted for a 10 in the morning for a procedure . Waited till 8 at night only to be told by one of the nurses that we not be able to do it tonight. Due to e small operation my friend had to stay with no food or drink the hole day. She was so dehydrated... the nurses left us for hours ...nurse comes at 8 and says uhh your blood pressure is really low. No wander the poor girl had been at that point 11 hours without food or drink. Then says we are sorry but can't see you tonight. Do not eat anything tomorrow and hopefully can see you then. Absolute joke. Please don't bring your loved ones here... very poor service.
