"Poor cleaning and staff attitude"

My father is in Gade ward at the moment, the cleaning of the ward is a disgrace, When I was in there over the weekend, the floor had rubbish all over it, the beds a not being changed regularly. It's disgusting. The nursing staff seem to talk to some patients and others are ignored completely. They need to sort these problems out once and for all. that's what they are there for. Talk to their staff and train them to talk to all patients not just the ones they like. When he was in A & E and AAU the nursing staff were lovely.  Seems I'm not the first person to complain about this ward.  Does anyone listen to these reports? Can't wait to get him out and he will be looked after better at home then he is in there.
