What I liked
We attended the minor injuries unit with our 3 year old grandaughter because we had trapped her finger and seemingly crushed it in a push chair. She was of course screaming and we were extremely concerned. The staff were excellent and dealt with the matter quickly and most confidently. The nurse and the radiographer were absolutely first class and calmed our grandaughter down. The Xray was carried out within minutes and the results were available immediately. She was given a painkiller by mouth and within 30 minutes of arriving we were on our way with a little girl sleeping in her car seat and with two extremely relieved grandparents.
The hospital staff and facilities were absolutely excellent.
What could be improved
Cannot think of a thing.
