Filled with dread I entered the building for my angiogram, I was greeted by a member of the team, with a huge smile and comforting words as she went on to explain to my husband that I would need to rest up for a few hours after the proceedure and that they would ring him when I was ready to be collected.
They made me comfortable and were extremely professional with caring and kindness knowing how anxious I was especially as I has been told I had, had a suspected heart attack two weeks prior to this..
In the lab and whilst I was being given the meds dr. Gill was explaining everything. The dreaded procedure took place, why I was worried I do not know, it was over before I knew it.
A little discomfort but not pain, and I am so happy to say, my heart was deemed to be fit and healthy, I was catered for as I am on a gluton free diet with lunch and coffee and tea offered at all times.
Allowed home with instructions I followed I have no pain pain, a tiny bruise a op sight and I wouldn't know I had had anything done. wonderful team, keep up the good work.
"Wonderful team, keep up the good worl"
