"Every single member of staff in the department was so kind and considerate"

I visited this department today for an endoscopy procedure in what can only be described as a state of high anxiety! However the way I was looked after, before, during and after left me wondering why on earth I had been so worried. Every single member of staff in the department was so kind and considerate and they all helped to make the process as painless and comfortable as possible. I simply want to say a heartfelt thank you to them all. This was my second visit (last time for the "other end) and that previous visit was just as good an experience. You are the best teams in the hospital in my opinion and in the present climate where the medical profession frequently come under fire I wanted to give credit where it was due. Well done and thank you all.
