"An absolute credit to their profession."

(as a relative),

My dad was admitted for heart surgery at very short notice. The nursing staff led by Chief Nurse Leitch are an absolute credit to their profession.

The care and attention provided to my dad was outstanding. The communication and care offered to him and us as a family really helped to make a stressful situation the bit more manageable. My mum was particularly concerned but the nurses reassured her and told her exactly what procedures my dad would be going through and that he was in good hands.

I had previously visited the same hospital a few years back and in my opinion, found  it to be nowhere near the standards I just witnessed.

My sincere thanks to Chief Nurse Leitch and all her staff.
